Dubai, UAE — On 15 October, the Russian Business Council in Dubai and the Northern Emirates marked the reopening of its new season with a Cocktail Reception and Dinner, reaffirming its commitment to strengthening business and cultural ties between the Russian Federation and the United Arab Emirates.
The event was held in the presence of H.E. Mr. Maxim Vladimirov, Consul General of the Russian Federation in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, who attended as Guest of Honour.
The evening brought together a distinguished audience, including senior representatives of CIS consulates, UAE officials, and business leaders, providing a platform for dialogue, networking, and the celebration of continued cooperation and shared opportunities.
