Dubai, UAE — On 15 October, the Russian Business Council took part in a high-level roundtable titled “Characteristics of AI Development and Regulation: Russia–UAE Cooperation”, held at Plekhanov University in Dubai.
The discussion, organized with the support of the Russian Trade Mission to the UAE, focused on strengthening collaboration between Russia and the UAE in the field of artificial intelligence and digital innovation.
Key topics addressed during the roundtable included national AI strategies and opportunities for joint development, priority sectors for AI application and investment, expanding opportunities for Russian technology companies in the UAE market, and new formats of cooperation between startups, universities, and regulators.
The event was moderated by Mr. Vadim Glushchenko, Director of the Center for Global IT Cooperation.
