The Russian Business Council of Dubai and the Northern Emirates took part in the grand opening of the Russian office of Uppercase Legal, an international law firm partnered with Dr. Khaled Ali Al Hadrami.
The gala event took place on April 22, 2026, inside the historic 18th-century mansion of Prince Lobanov-Rostovsky on Myasnitskaya Street in Moscow.
Invited representatives of the Russian Business Council (RBC) participated in the grand opening ceremony. The event also marked the official launch of a permanent platform based at the office, designed to facilitate direct dialogue between Russian businesses and entrepreneurs from the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region.
