The Russian Business Council Dubai & Northern Emirates took part in the opening of the Moscow office of Uper Case Legal, whose partner is Dr. Khaled Ali Al Hadrami.
The official ceremony took place on April 22, 2026, and brought together representatives of business and legal circles. The new office will also serve as a permanent platform for direct dialogue between Russian companies and entrepreneurs from the MENA region.
Among the guests were Kirill Podgorny, Roman Gavrilin, and Nikolay Sukhikh.
In his speech, Kirill Podgorny noted that the launch of the new office strengthens business cooperation between Russia and the MENA region, creating new opportunities for investors and entrepreneurs.
